Ordering

How do I place an order?
Choose your preferred piece, add it to your cart and proceed to checkout. At checkout you enter your delivery and payment details and confirm the order.

Will I receive an order confirmation by email?
Yes. An automatic confirmation is sent immediately after your order. If you cannot find it, please check your spam or junk folder.

Can I change my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet entered processing, please contact me by email as soon as possible and I will do my best to help.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped. Please get in touch as soon as you notice the need to cancel.


🚚 Delivery

How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 business days. Delivery time depends on the selected shipping option and destination country.

Which countries do you ship to?
Currently shipping is available to Finland and selected EU countries. Available destinations are shown at checkout.

What delivery methods are available?
Available delivery options are displayed at checkout before payment.

Do shipments include tracking?
Yes. All orders include a tracking code, which will be sent to you by email once the order has been dispatched.


🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Do I have a right of return?
Yes. You have a 14-day right of return from the date of receiving your order.

Which items cannot be returned?
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned if the protective seal has been broken, unless the item has a manufacturing defect.

Why can’t earrings be returned if the seal is broken?
The sealed packaging guarantees that each piece is unused and safe for every customer.

How do I make a return?
Please contact me first by email. You will receive return instructions in the reply.

Who pays for return shipping?
The customer is responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

What payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may include card payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

Is payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through a secure and encrypted connection.

Can I pay in instalments?
Any instalment options available will be displayed at checkout.


✨ Jewellery & Materials

Are the pieces handmade?
Yes. Every piece is designed and handcrafted in my small atelier in Kirkkonummi, Finland.

Are the pieces unique?
Many designs are one-of-a-kind or created in very small series.

What materials do you use?
I use gemstones, high-quality crystal and glass, freshwater pearls, vintage glass and carefully selected metal components.
Earring hooks and posts are sterling silver or EU-compliant stainless steel intended for jewellery use.

Do the pieces contain nickel?
Metal components are nickel-free in accordance with EU regulations.


💎 Jewellery Care

How can I keep my jewellery beautiful for longer?

  • Store in a dry place

  • Avoid contact with water, perfumes and cosmetics

  • Put jewellery on after applying makeup

  • Clean gently with a soft cloth when needed

Can I shower or swim while wearing jewellery?
This is not recommended, as water and chemicals may damage the materials.


🎁 Gift Packaging

Is gift packaging included?
Yes. Jewellery arrives beautifully packaged.

Can I send an order directly to the recipient?
Yes. Simply add a different delivery address at checkout.

Can I include a personal message?
Yes. Write your message in the additional notes field at checkout.
