Shipping Policy

Ateljee Kaisa Tirkkonen ships orders from Finland to countries within the European Union.

All jewellery is handmade and carefully packaged. Ready-made products are usually dispatched within 2–3 business days of receiving the order. If an order includes a made-to-order item, the delivery time may be longer. Any deviations from the estimated delivery time will be communicated separately.

Orders are delivered via Posti or another reliable delivery service. Available shipping methods and shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

Delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and the destination country. Estimated delivery times are indicative only, and Ateljee Kaisa Tirkkonen is not responsible for delays caused by the delivery service provider.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information. If a shipment is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer, any costs related to reshipping will be charged to the customer.

If a shipment is damaged or lost during transport, please contact us without delay, so that the matter can be investigated with the delivery service provider.

Age Restriction

Our jewellery is not intended for children. Customers must be at least 18 years old to place an order in this online store. The products are not toys and may contain small parts that are not suitable for children.
